Highly vulnerable targets for exploitation Vision's relief efforts are focussed on women and children who have been separated from their families, or who lost their families in the earthquake. These groups are especially vulnerable to exploitation and trafficking by predatory organizations and individuals who would not hesitate to take advantage of the traumatized and grieving survivors of the earthquakes.
